Hello beauties! 🙂  Today’s post is going to be a review on Bite Beauty’s new holiday set. This set is $25 on Sephora and comes with four mini Amuse Bouche Lipsticks in the shades Fig, Pepper, Honeycomb, and Nori. This is the first time I have tried any Bite products, but I had heard amazing things about the brand, so the expectations for these little guys were pretty high! They did not disappoint to say the least. If you would like to know more about them or look at some swatches just scroll on down!!

The package it comes in is a cute red tin with a mirror inside. The lipstick casing is the same casing they use for the full sizes, just tinier. I think they did a great job on the packaging!

The actual lipsticks are a creamy formula and all of them are very moisturizing and pigmented. None of them bled or feathered without a lip liner so there isn’t a need for one. Also, a little bit of a weird thing to say, but these smell AMAZING. They taste pretty good too, now not in a eat-the-whole-bullet type of way, but if you accidentally lick your lips you won’t cringe and almost puke. Now that you know about the formula, lets get into the colors.

L to R: Fig, Pepper, Honeycomb, Nori

Fig is a light pink with a hint of rose. It is a perfect everyday shade for when you are feeling extra sweet! It also looks really good mixed with any of the shades in the kit.

Pepper is a classic dusty rose. This shade is my favorite in the kit and just like Fig, is amazing mixed together with any of the shades.

Honeycomb is a medium-toned rosey-nude. I prefer it mixed with a little bit of Pepper just because I don’t gravitate towards nudes as of right now. If I were to choose a nude lipstick to wear, this is my favorite shade to rock.

Nori is a dark red with hints of brown. Lately, I have been all about dark lipsticks (Unicorn Blood by Jeffree Star is amazeballs) and this one is no exception.  This is the only one of these lipsticks I would wear I lip liner with because I think it looks cleaner with one. The lip liner isn’t necessary though because it doesn’t bleed or feather. It is similar to Unicorn Blood, but it is less orange and has more red and brown in it. If you are feeling extra spicy any day, this is the perfect shade.

L to R: Fig, Pepper, Honeycomb, Nori
Top to Bottom: Nori and Unicorn Blood

Long story short, I’m  gonna have to stock up on the Bite Beauty lipsticks, because as it turns out: I am obsessed. I cannot recommend this kit to you enough! If you love lipstick, especially Autumn-themed ones, buy this ASAP.
